Owner/ Director & Certified ICF Coach
Julie is the heart and soul of Bradannii. She has worked in the industry for over 4 years. As the owner of Bradannii, she likes teaching people to be independent, to keep others accountable and to self-advocate.
Jim has extensive cross-functional experience and enthusiasm for ensuring effective systems and processes to promote successful team performance and achieve business goals. He also cares deeply for individuals and ensuring enrichment in their lives.
Rostering and Staff Liaison
Charlie currently assists participants in achieving their goals and aids in the NDIS requirements for the participant. She gets her joy by helping Bradannii participants achieve a sense of freedom and opportunity within the community.
Carmel seeks to fulfil the daily and long-term needs of the Bradannii staff and clients to an exceptional standard. She goes above and beyond to achieve the best results for both the business and our clients.
Business & Systems Manager
Matthew ensures Bradannii can operate at a high level efficiently and brings clarity, through his expert organisational abilities. Effectively working to a high standard, Matthew adapts easily by being able to learn quickly whilst supporting the Bradannii team.
Administrative Assistant/ Social Media Marketing Manager
Caitlyn assists Carmel with Bradannii’s day to day administrative operations, as well as managing Bradannii’s website and social media platform. Caitlyn enjoys working with Bradannii because she is able to work towards the goal of helping others
Rosemarie’s previous knowledge and experience in her past roles allow her to assist Carmel in keeping on top of Bradannii’s daily tasks. Her ability to learn new skills, stay organised and positive attitude make her a valuable asset to Bradannii’s administrative team.
Real Estate Coordinator/ Transporter
Michael plays a fundamental role in the Bradannii team, he coordinates all of Bradannii’s real estate opportunities, finding suitable homes for Supported Independent Living (SIL) participants. Michael also helps with transportation of participants when needed.
Michaels Fuzzy Friend
Jojo is Michael’s greatest friend, loves a walk and the beach and is so friendly to everyone. Jojo’s great companion at work and home, and loves to tag along with Michael, bringing a fun adorable energy to whoever he meets!
Connie works with all her heart and care to provide the best possible way forward for participants and support workers. Working with Bradannii allows Connie to bring value to participants and highlights their role in the community.
Rafat helps participants to advocate themselves and motivates them in their daily life to spread happiness. He provides emotional and mobility support, maintains accommodation and helps with day-to-day service that every participant needs.
Mary Ann Maranan
Mary Ann always exceeds the participant’s expectation. Mary Ann has developed friendships with all of her participants. Providing full support and help for all daily activities, she is someone to talk to and rely on
Videographer/ Support Worker
Sylvi uses extensive experience as a videographer to advocate for Bradannii’s participants, ensuring they are given the opportunity to receive the high quality support services they deserve.
Nicole is always willing to support and help all participant’s in their day-to-day lives. With her positive attitude, she is a valued and confident team member of Bradannii. Nicole’s goal is to help better the lives of all participants.
Jonathon prides himself in providing exceptional care for the participants he works with. His goal as a carer is to ensure that participants feel respected, comfortable, and receive the best possible outcome from their supports.
Kye’s compassionate and caring nature drew her to Bradannii. She strives to empower people with disabilities and encourage them to live their lives to the fullest. Kye believes it is important to always make sure participants feel heard, understood and listened to.
Suzy’s years of personal experience as a carer aid her in her role as a support worker. Her kind nature and willingness to help others is reflected through her strive to provide participants with the high quality care they deserve.
Kirstie upholds Bradannii’s belief in the importance of communication with our participants. By providing a helping hand and listening to participants needs, Kirstie is able to assist in getting the most out of their daily lives and encourages them to work towards personal goals.
Shannon chose to work with Bradannii because she is passionate about helping people with disabilities. Her goal is to support Bradannii’s participants to become the best version of themselves, gain new skills in the community and grow their confidence.
Jayne-Ann is a friendly, outgoing and approachable woman who goes the extra mile to help people who need support. She joined Bradannii to help individuals reach their goals in the community whilst living independently.
Chelsea’s goal as a support worker is to create an inclusive and understanding environment for people with disabilities. She always aims to be supportive and caring when interacting with participants, leaving them completely happy with their supports.
Leah chose to be a support worker to assist participants in working towards positive mindsets. Leah assists participants in achieving a happier, healthier day-to-day lifestyles by guiding them towards goals, activities and life choices that are beneficial for their mental health and wellbeing.
Melissa’s 5 years of experience as a support worker and advanced people skills allow her to connect with participants, ensuring she is able to deliver the highest quality supports possible to the individuals she is working with.
Jackson joined the Bradannii team to make a positive impact on the lives of participants. Jackson assists participants in working towards personal goals, learning new skills and accessing the community, achieving the quality of life they deserve.
With 7 years of experience working with both children and adults living with a disability, Marie ensures Bradannii participants get the very best care to achieve their goals. She does this by giving them the care and understanding that they need in the best possible way.
Rebecca uses an optimistic approach to encourage the individuals she supports to build and draw from their strengths. She aims to provide meaningful support to participants so they can achieve their goals and build their independence.
Karen’s caring nature and patience drew her towards the role of a disability support worker. Using a kind and caring approach she aims to help participants achieve the happier lifestyle that they deserve.
John works with Bradannii as an on call transporter for participants. John’s role is crucial and greatly valued, as he is able to provide transport for participants who need to get from one place to another and cannot access other forms of transportation.
Our Shaggy DA Candy is playful and overly-friendly to everyone. She is the keeper of all our office treats and loves a good belly rub. You most likely find her napping under one of our tables.
Chief Purring Officer
Our Chief Purring Officer Opi-Jac is the most recent addition to our team. She is a cat who appreciates variety and change and you will never find her sleeping on the same spot. Once she wakes up she purrs until you give her your full attention.
