Your Support Workers and service providers become part of your team, your extended family. 

• Capacity building: We offer a range of programs and support services aimed at building the capacity of individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their community. These services are designed to help people develop new skills, increase their independence, and build their confidence.
• Core supports: We provide essential support services to help individuals with daily living activities, such as personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation. Our core supports services are tailored to the individual needs of each person, and are delivered with compassion, respect, and dignity.
• Access to the community: We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to participate fully in their community. Our team works closely with individuals to identify and access community-based activities and events that match their interests and abilities. This includes providing transport, support workers, and other resources as needed.
• Short-term accommodation (STA): Our short-term accommodation services provide individuals with a safe and comfortable place to stay while their primary carers take a break. Our STA services are designed to give careers peace of mind, knowing that their loved ones are being cared for in a safe and supportive environment.
• Medium-term accommodation (MTA): Our medium-term accommodation services are designed for individuals who need more extensive support for a longer period of time. We provide comfortable and supportive accommodation, along with access to a range of services and support workers to help individuals live as independently as possible.
• Supported independent living (SIL): Our supported independent living services provide individuals with a range of support services aimed at helping them live independently in the community. This includes assistance with household tasks, meal preparation, and personal care, as well as support with social and community activities.

We also work collaboratively with participants, their careers, healthcare professionals, networks and NDIS Providers throughout Australia.
